Production and products

The company produces springs of all kinds for all industrial applications.

The production is divided into compression, tension, torsion and shaped springs with wire diameter from 0.2 to 20 mm and strip shaped parts with a maximum width of 70 mm and thickness 2.5 mm.

In recent years the company has specialized particularly in the production of tension springs with strong pre-charge for the arms of awnings, using high-strength materials.
Furthermore, thanks to constant investments in technology and equipments, has developed the production of springs with wire section diameter between Ø 8 and 20 mm.

Compressions springs

Compression springs of any shape: cylindrical, conical, biconical, with constant or variable pitch.
Open ends or closed, grinded and without grinding.
The shot peening is performed normally on oil tempered materials to impart greater resistance to fatigue.
The presetting to block or partial depending on the necessity.

These types of springs are made with automatic and semiautomatic machines.
